Reacts with human and mouse JIP1. Reactivity has been confirmed with mouse brain homogenates and human embryonic kidney HEK293 cell lysates transfected with full-length JIP1. This antibody identifies an ~100-110kD isoform of JIP1 on Western blots.

In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube.
