c-Jun (Phospho-T91) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of c-Jun protein only when phosphorylated at T91.

ICC staining Phospho-c-Jun(T91) in HepG2 cells (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.

Polyclonals can be used for Western blot, immunohistochemistry on frozen slices or parrafin fixed tissues. The advantage is that there are more epitopes available in a polyclonal antiserum to detect the proteins than in monoclonal sera.
